Minority/Woman-Owned Certification Education and Networking Event in Poplar Bluff, MO

The Missouri Office of Administration - Office of Equal Opportunity will be hosting a Minority/Woman-Owned Certification Education and Networking Event in Poplar Bluff, MO, on May 25, 2017, 10.00 am-12.00 pm, at the Holiday Inn Hotel, 2781 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff MO. 

Business owners will also hear from the Office of Equal Opportunity, Division of Purchasing, and the Missouri Procurement and Technical Assistant Center.

Our services are free to all the folks in your area, and we hope to see as any many people there as possible.

A FREE Buffet Lunch will be served from 12.00 pm to 12.30 pm.

CRC Annual Partnership Luncheon

The 25th Anniversary of the Butler County Community Resource Council was observed on February 24, 2017 at the Annual Partnership Luncheon held at Fellowship General Baptist Church.  Eighty-five community leaders attended the luncheon including Butler County Commissioners Lampe, Anderson and LeGrand, Senator Doug Libla and Speaker of the House Todd Richardson.  Former Representative Mark Richardson presented the keynote address taking the attendees back to the inception of the Butler County Community Resource Council in 1992.  At the luncheon, Austin Montague was named 2016 Person of the Year.  Mr. Montague was recognized for his tireless work in the field of substance addiction.  He is the chairperson of the We Can Be Drug Free Coalition of the Butler County Community Resource Council.
