The Missouri Court Appointed Special Advocates Association (CASA) of the 36th Judicial Circuit is now under the direction of the Butler County Community Resource Council. Volunteers with CASA are court-appointed advocates that help to support abused and neglected children. These volunteers advocate for Missouri's abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.
