About the Program

  • The Futures Program hosts monthly support group meetings. During these meetings participants can enhance their skills and knowledge through job trainings and life skills courses. The participants can also earn incentives for attending and work with the Youth Specialist to accomplish their career, life, and educational goals.

  • Youth participants can earn incentives for participating in the program like Visa Gift Cards, Gas Cards, household supplies, and even security deposit assistance. Youth can earn incentives for things like creating a monthly budget, getting a job, attending tutoring, good grades, good attendance, graduating high school, volunteering, and so much more!

  • The program provides participants with Educational Support through education planning, tutoring, tuition assistance, and incentives.

  • Participants work with our Youth Specialist to complete vocational assessments and create a career plan. The participants can take part in Internships, Job Shadowing, Job Skills Courses, and Career/Technical Trainings to help them reach their career goals.

  • Sometimes getting started at work can be expensive, but we are here to help participants with the supports needed to maintain employment. Our program can help with work shoes, uniforms, tools, or technology!
